About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Student Assessment & Examinations Officer to join the Academic Registry department. Working in a small team in a busy central services, this is a varied role with a constant and varied workflow, with the opportunity to be involved in the full student university journey from enrolment through to graduation.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

The co-ordination and delivery of institutional examination periods in January, May and AugustThe administration and servicing of specified Award and Progression assessment Boards and subsequent results publication Developing a detailed understanding of the academic assessment regulations providing specific advice and support to students and staff

About You

As a Student Assessment & Examinations Officer, you will have:

Excellent organisational and prioritising skillsAn ability to manage multiple complex processes simultaneously with exceptional attention to detailSuitable experience of scheduling/timetabling large events Demonstrable experience of developing and applying IT skills - specifically MS 365 applicationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
