Students' Union Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of student life, ensuring the smooth running of SU operations and enhancing the student experience. If you have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working with students, we’d love to hear from you! 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

•    Processing financial transactions, including payments and reimbursements. 

•    Managing bookings for SU resources and facilities. 

•    Acting as the first point of contact for students, staff, and external stakeholders. 

•    Supporting Union meetings by preparing agendas and taking minutes. 

•    Maintaining governance documents and ensuring policy compliance. 

•    Coordinating administrative workflows and supporting student engagement initiatives. 

•    Overseeing SU minibus bookings and ensuring vehicle maintenance. 

•    Supporting The Pantry initiative, providing confidential assistance to students in need.
