Duties & Responsibilities: Due to the nature of this role, all applicants are required to be over the age of 18. The role of the Team Leader is to support shop Leadership teams to deliver operational and service excellence, by engaging, motivating and leading Partners to meet daily operational requirements. This will involve a range of tasks including the advising and serving of customers, moving and replenishing stock, carrying out housekeeping activities and handling cash and card transactions according to set procedures.
