What you'll do Lead the end-to-end hiring process for our Stores and Regional Distribution CentresPost job adverts and screen applicationsCarry out telephone calls with prospective candidates, providing them with a realistic overview of the roleUse smart sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelinesManage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS)Schedule interviews and provide timely feedbackSupport candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stagesHandle queries around contracts and documentationCreate and check employment contractsEnsure all data is accurate and processed on timeCoordinate eligibility to work and reference checksCollaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issuesManage the recruitment inbox and respond to queriesSupport with recruitment reports and performance trackingWhat you'll need Experience in a fast-paced highly operational role or experience in stores/retail would be advantageousStrong communication and organisational skillsConfidence using ATS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus!)A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiencesHighly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detailGood computer skills, and use of the Google suite would be advantageousWhat you'll receive 30 days holiday (pro rata)10% in-store discountEnhanced family leaveContributory pension schemePlus more of the perks you deserveWe value diversity, equity, and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
