Accountabilities

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

End to End Recruitment Process

Manage and deliver the end-to-end talent acquisition process and workflow according to the TAq strategy and global standards.

Participate in all recruitment life cycle activities including marketing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, hiring, and onboarding.

Ensure assigned recruitment services follow Global recruitment and country policies/guidelines.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and managerial level roles and contribute to succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent bench for future leadership positions.

Lead TAQ transformation projects including Early Talent programs.

Align with AstraZeneca's Diversity & Inclusion vision , fostering a positive workplace culture.

Stakeholder Management

Cultivate strong partnerships with HRBPs and hiring managers to match talent with the right roles through impactful employer branding initiatives, and strategic use of social media, and recruitment channels.

Directly recruit mid/Senior leadership level and supervise the hiring process of entry level roles and achieving TAQ results.

Build pro-active pool of talents for the key critical roles.

Lead the development, planning & activation of Early Talent Programs to position AstraZeneca as a premier employer of choice; build and maintain relationships with external partners —universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to proactively source and attract top talent.

Working closely with HRBPs to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.

Analytics

Ensure recruitment targets are met using reports, metrics, and objectives, while driving improvements through data analysis.

Gather and analyze feedback to enhance recruitment processes & outcomes continuously.

Essential Skills/Experience

7-10 years experience in recruiting within multinational organizations or recruitment agencies.

Holds a bachelors degree in human resources/business or any relevant discipline.

Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services.

Experience in identifying and securing passive candidates via direct channels such as social media, LinkedIn, networking, market mapping, careers fairs, industry events, etc.

Demonstrated experience in leading Early Talent Programs.

Digital Savviness; proficiency in digital tools & platforms.

Strong Project Management Skills.

Fluent in spoken and written English; proficient in IT skills including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, and reports.

Desirable Skills/Experience

Diverse experience in sectors such as Pharma, FMCG, Tech, Consumer Goods is preferred.

Postgraduate qualifications or international certification in HR are advantageous.

Experience with Workday recruitment systems.
