What you’ll do: Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate and retail functions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer coordination. Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, offering guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer preparation. Build trusted relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners by understanding team needs and aligning on candidate profiles for both creative and operational roles. Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, guiding candidates through each stage with professionalism and care. Maintain accurate records and data integrity across recruitment systems to support compliance and streamline processes. Contribute to sourcing strategy by using creative outreach techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple job families. Assist with high-volume hiring needs, identifying and engaging candidates to support team and business growth. Act as a brand ambassador and exemplify our values – upholding our employer brand.
