About your team The Chief People Office department supports the business to ensure the effective management and development of the talent in our organisation, and the effective communication strategy for all our business and regions. It involves having oversight of all aspects of human capital management and corporate affairs which includes a number of areas of expertise working together collaboratively - Resourcing, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and organisation development, HR Business Partnering and Corporate Communications. Talent and Resourcing sits as part of the CPO function. The global team is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment journey, including Early Careers, lateral and executive talent, as well as Talent, Skills and the Employee Experience. This role sits within the Employee Experience team, which focuses on providing a leading employee experience to create a motivated, productive and diverse workforce. About your role You will be responsible for developing, implementing and delivering Fidelity approach to attracting and engaging exceptional talent from a wide range of backgrounds and for supporting inclusive recruitment practices. You will bring to life Feel Fidelity, our employee value proposition (EVP), and build on it for relevant campaigns with appropriate tactical messaging that befits the location, business unit and candidate skillset.. Working closely with Resourcing, Employee Experience, Talent Partners, Corporate Communications and Marketing Teams, as well as employee groups (e.g. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Networks, CSR Committees, Wellbeing Champions), you will amplify Fidelity employer brand, develop targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and further embed inclusion and equity into recruitment processes. Key responsibilities Working across the HR function and resourcing partners on strategies to attract, identify and engage top talent and to embed Feel Fidelity into all Talent practices and processes. Ensure we have a commercially sensitive but effective channel strategy for all regions and skillsets. Provide appropriate reporting to key stakeholders on channel utilisation and ROI, as well as campaign effectiveness to improve direct sourcing capabilities. Develop and maintain appropriate talent attraction collateral and content, aligned to our EVP and brand, in support of the attraction strategy for different markets. Equip internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners with the tools to amplify Fidelity employer brand. Oversee the implementation and monitor the impact of Fidelity inclusive recruitment action plan. Lead diversity recruitment initiatives, such as the Returners programme. Plan and deliver creative and engaging content for internal and external talent attraction channels including the careers site, our LinkedIn pages and the Career Mobility hub. Analyse a range of data to determine the most impactful and cost-effective talent attraction channels and partners to deliver robust and diverse candidate pipelines, and identify areas for improvement. Lead activity to capture, respond to and act on candidate feedback through the Candidate Survey, Onboarding Survey and reviews on external platforms. Lead a project to enhance the onboarding experience at Fidelity. Trial new innovative approaches and channels to promote Fidelity as an employer of choice to identified talent markets (e.g. diverse talent, talent with niche skills). Develop tools needed for colleagues to deliver virtual or in-person careers events, and support talent partners to deliver internal and external recruitment events and fairs. Manage Fidelity participation in external awards which will amplify the employer brand. Monitor external market and talent trends and thought leadership to influence Fidelity recruitment marketing campaigns. About you We are looking for individuals with the following experience and skills: Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level. Deep knowledge and prior experience in talent attraction and candidate engagement. Proven success in developing and executing recruitment marketing campaign plans. Understanding of best practice around diversity, equity and inclusion in talent attraction and selection. Strong project management and planning skills. Experience of managing third party vendors to deliver critical outputs. Commercial and creative mindset, who responds effectively to changing business needs. Achieving results through strong collaboration, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
