Full-Time Teacher – A Unique Role Across Two Outstanding Nursery SchoolsHedon Nursery School & Beverley Manor Nursery SchoolStart Date: 1 April

Hedon Nursery School and Beverley Manor Nursery School, both Outstanding maintained nursery schools, are offering an exceptional opportunity to join our team in a shared full-time teaching role. This post is ideal for someone who is excited by variety, motivated by high-quality early years practice, and ready to make a meaningful impact across two vibrant school communities.

As part of a four-school collaboration-Hedon, Beverley Manor, Hornsea and Bridlington-we are known for our strong professional networks, high standards and child-centred ethos. This role brings the best of both worlds: the close-knit community of a small school and the professional richness of a wider partnership.

You will be part of two Outstanding nursery schools, each with its own identity, strengths and community.Both schools have an excellent track record of developing staff, offering opportunities to grow, train and excel in early years practice and leadership.As small schools, every teacher is part of the Senior Leadership Team, shaping direction and contributing to whole-school development.Depending on your experience, there will be opportunities for leading areas of learning and developing subject leadership across one or both schools.You will be supported by experienced leaders and colleagues who value collaboration, innovation and reflective practice.ECTs are warmly welcomed and will receive strong mentoring and professional support.
