The job itself

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our friendly and supportive team of teaching assistants. Applicants should hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or an equivalent qualification).

We are looking for someone who:

Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive in their approachHas a strong commitment to supporting all pupils, including those with SEND and those in our Enhanced Resource ProvisionHas a sound understanding of Autism and experience supporting children with additional needsPossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCan work collaboratively as part of a team and also use their own initiativeIs committed to the development, well-being, and success of every child
