As the successful candidate you will join the Aston Foundation Centre. Part of the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, we are a close-knit, collaborative team where creativity and mutual support are at the heart of everything we do.
You will be expected to contribute to, develop and enhance the teaching and scholarship activities within the Aston Foundation Centre and wider College, either independently or as part of a team. You will be expected to teach Engineering Management and Supply Chain and Logistics Engineering to Foundation Level students. Alongside this, you will contribute to citizenship within the department, such as being a department Health & Safety Coordinator and acting as the first line of support to students as a personal tutor.
As the successful candidate you will need to hold a degree in a relevant subject discipline and a recognised teaching qualification at the appropriate level. You will also have experience of teaching and assessing students with demonstrable impact on students learning.
