Team Leader (Warrington, Cheshire, GB)

You will join our Operations organization where you will play a key role in preparing our new employees for the forthcoming projects. In Internal Resource Management team, we provide the business with service technicians and supervisors to carry out various tasks such as, service, main component exchange, blade works, upgrades and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

Ensure trained resources for service execution according to internal procedures and country-specific demands People management, e.g., conducting regular 1:1 meetings and preparing individual development plans Participating in and driving various projects & Budgeting Resonsibly Execution of HR processes, e.g. People Review, Merit, Motivation and Performance Dialogue Create procedures and instructions for activities Ensure close cooperation with service teams/site management and service management Ensure Health and Safety standards are always adhered to across the region

You are structured and process-oriented You have strong interpersonal skills making you able to navigate in a cross-cultural environment You can lead and support a dedicated team Coach and develop the individual team members constantly striving to improve their competencies Ensure cross-team collaboration (knowledge sharing is key)
