The role of a Nandoca is simple…to prepare, make and give the finest PERi-PERi experience to wow every guest! We are offering full and part-time positions, and no previous experience is required, just show us that you’re brimming with passion and willing to learn and we will teach you the rest. Please note you will be considered for both Front of House and Back of House roles. What I do...Back of House: I make our guests feel valued as part of our family by cooking, grilling, and preparing their meals to Nando high standards. I set up, maintain, hand over and close down clean, safe and fully operational workstations. I handle deep cleaning to Nando high standards I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures What i do... Front of house: • I give a warm welcome to our customers and make them feel at home. • I serve customers efficiently at the till – understanding and meeting their needs. • I serve amazing food to Nando high standards that make customers feel ‘Fired Up’, ‘Wowed by the Experience’ and ‘Hooked for the Next Taste’. • I bring amazing food and drink to the table and make sure our customers have everything they need. • I manage the takeaway customer experience. • I set up, maintain, hand over and close down a clean, safe and fully operational restaurant! • I handle deep cleaning to Nando high standards. • I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures.
