The role will involve creating better outcomes by bringing forward your technical experience & leading on key projects, business change initiatives and business critical issues – all the while ensuring that they are completed in line with project timelines and that the solutions delivered into the operation are fit for purpose. Job title: Technical Pension Development Specialist Job Description: What you will be doing: Lead change through improving mission critical processes that align with the business vision. Lead on projects and work with colleagues and stakeholders in the delivery of scheme events, cyclical activities and projects. Understand, build, maintain and enhance stakeholder and/or client relationships. Act as a business lead with Design Authority Group and other relevant business approval forum. Provide input into the development / training action planning and process improvement where required. Control and enhance the quality of customer outputs in order to deliver an excellent customer experience through coaching, training action planning and process improvement where required. Adapt to varying demands and workloads with a commitment to ensure tasks are completed to deadline whilst maintaining excellent levels of quality. Work within set Key Performance Indicators and quality standards, contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives and business results. Create and maintain consistent and accurate scheme records and events. Participate in and promote good team communication and share knowledge and expertise with other team members. Adhere to Quality Management Systems and comply with regulations and policies from Capita and relevant regulatory bodies. Be a positive role model for staff exhibiting the level of commitment and professionalism expected. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes, procedures and products. Ensure that all technical information / change is cascade to the team through the most effective communication channel and processes are updated as appropriate. What we are looking for: Essential: Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and quality management skills Experience mentoring and coaching others Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to engage and interact with stakeholders Solution orientated mindset The ability to prioritize own workload, use initiative and work independently within established parameters.
