What You Will Be Doing:
In this crucial role, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting short- and medium-term load and capacity planning for the value stream to ensure the successful delivery of live "in-year" plans.
- Creating and maintaining output plans that align with supply chain commitments, effectively scheduling and prioritizing work.
- Identifying, prioritizing, and escalating any supply chain or capacity risks that could impact delivery timelines.
- Creating, reviewing, and reporting on performance metrics related to Cost, Delivery, and Headcount.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure plan achievement and smooth business operations.
- Acting as the voice of operations, liaising with other business areas such as Programmes, Procurement, and Shipping to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of input and output plans.
