Technology Billing Analyst £24,570 to £26,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6C) Manchester city centre | Hybrid (splitting your time between home and the office twice per week)

Were looking for a Technology Billing Analyst to join the Source to Pay team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. Youll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of ‘co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day.

As a Technology Billing Analyst, youll make sure technology network bills are validated and processed accurately, supporting timely payments to suppliers and managing queries on behalf of the team. Youll also play a crucial part in improving our technology network billing processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience whos ready to take the next step in their career.

What youll do

Validate technology network bills for internal and external customers Manage supplier and customer queries effectively Support the improvement of our technology network billing processes and ways of working Manage approvals and payments to suppliers Raise purchase orders via our Coupa system

Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office tools Experience in a customer-facing role Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners Great time management and organisational skills
