- Data-Driven Improvement: Analyzing equipment data to implement the most effective repair, modification, or fabrication strategies. You'll also contribute to key performance indicators for the Manufacturing Services Department.

- Continuous Improvement Champion: Proactively identifying and recommending enhancements to tooling, dies, machining, and inspection fixtures. You'll also have the chance to suggest optimizations for work instructions to refine maintenance strategies.
