The Transformation Management Office is at the heart of HEINEKEN UK (HUK), driving critical change across the business. Our transformation journey is focused on delivering balanced growth by investing in commercial capabilities while enhancing productivity and reducing costs. At the same time, we’re gearing up for the deployment of the Digital Backbone—HEINEKEN’s next-generation global ERP and technology framework—set to launch in 2026. Across HEINEKEN, we’re executing major regional and global transformation programmes across our all of our business functions to drive both grow and efficiency. With HEINEKEN increasingly leveraging its global scale, more transformation initiatives will be introduced in the UK in the coming years. This transformation is built on a cutting-edge technology framework comprising a standardised ERP, industry-leading Business Platforms, and Digital Products. HEINEKEN operates in a complex legacy systems environment, and in 2025, we launched a portfolio of projects to streamline operations, align with global standards, and ensure we’re ready for the global rollout beginning 2026.

About the Role The Transformation Programme Manager is responsible for orchestrating the execution of selected global, regional and local transformation programmes which support the overall HUK transformation journey. Operating within a structured governance framework, you’ll hold project leads accountable for delivering against defined plans and milestones, ensuring optimal value realisation in line with HUK’s strategic investments. Collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business will be key, ensuring that process improvements driven by technology and new ways of working create maximum value while eliminating inefficiencies. You’ll work closely with colleagues across HUK Commercial functions, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Integrated Communications, ensuring smooth change adoption, minimal business disruption, and clear communication throughout the transformation journey.

Key Accountabilities:

Drive disciplined execution of transformational programmes ensuring clear milestones and progress tracking Engage and influence senior stakeholders, securing advocacy for required changes, risk mitigation, and resource commitment Champion best-practice project management, embedding common ways of working, tools, and capabilities for speed, collaboration, and quality delivery Mobilise and optimise resources to meet transformation demands while balancing availability and priorities Embed Change Management principles into programme execution, ensuring comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communication. Monitor programme costs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure financial and operational success Provide the UK Management Team with clear visibility on programme execution, cross-project dependencies, risks, and opportunities Track and report on programme benefits, actively working with leadership teams to mitigate risks to value delivery Ensure solutions align with the Transformation framework and, where possible, with global Heineken processes and best practices Develop and deliver a compelling communication strategy to engage colleagues and build advocacy for change across the business

Who we’re looking for Operating at a senior leadership level, you’ll work closely with key transformation leads across Commercial functions, Finance, Digital & Technology, Legal, and Integrated Communications, whilst also identifying transformation champions to drive momentum. This role calls for an inspiring leader with a talent for shaping and guiding governance structures, fostering alignment through clear reporting rhythms, and orchestrating impactful change programmes. You’ll bring people together across functions and senior leadership teams to drive progress with a structured yet adaptable approach. Key Skills & Experience:

Proven expertise in leading large-scale change and transformation programmes, ideally including ERP transformations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Strategic planning and execution capabilities. High commercial acumen with a focus on customer and consumer impact. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

As this role is office/site based, please note we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home. For full time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office, a Tuesday and Thursday are for all, with the third day being defined by the colleague.
