DHL Supply Chain is the world's leading logistics company and our people are the unsung heroes who keep the cogs turning and the country running smoothly. </p> <p>We're now looking for a Driver Assessor to join our team. </p> <p><strong>✅</strong><strong>A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Transport FLM's, Transport Managers, Asset Management Centre of Excellence and the Transportv Development Centre teams to ensure we train our Drivers to be the safest, most efficient and customer focused.</li> <li>Undertake training in order to be able to carry out Ops 35, Ops 35a, Post Incident Assessments & Ops 31/32/33 Familiarisation only + uploading to Tachomaster Training Plus (5 days) Familiarisation to include manufacturers technology for vehicles used on the contract.</li> <li>Support the driver assessment / recruitment process.</li> <li>Professional control and management of all documentation associated with training, ensuring DHL Training records are up to date and that data protection rights are adhered too.</li> <li>To assess and train drivers in line with DHL's policies and procedures, including SMITHS System</li> <li>Support accident and incident investigations, understanding the root cause and drive corrective actions to reduce future risks.
