  • Generating accurate quotes to ensure departmental profitability.
  • Precisely arranging and booking container movements within internal and external systems, while diligently minimizing costs.
  • Coordinating the activities of the Cargo Handlers team to optimize loading and unloading operations.
  • Arranging cargo and equipment pick-ups and collections with customers.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for specialist haulage inquiries.
  • Securing the best possible pricing for necessary purchases and services.
  • Consistently achieving agreed-upon customer service levels.
  • Finalizing job details for accurate invoicing.
