Underwriter Project & Infrastructure Finance (London, GB)

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join the Project & Infrastructure team, of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. You will be fully involved in live transactions, as follows:

Transaction assessment:

Analysis of technical, market and legal due-diligence

Analysis of cash flow models

Industry analysis

Presenting transactions for approval:

Preparation of credit memoranda

Presentation of memoranda to credit committee

Transaction execution:

Review and execution of transaction documentation

Portfolio management:

Review of transaction performance over time

Analysis of industry trends etc.

Involvement in portfolio projects on a case-by-case basis.

About the Team

Working with a diverse range of financial institutions, we deploy capital in Project and Infrastructure Finance transactions. The team was established c. 17 years ago and currently comprises 12 professionals.

About You

5 years (or more) project finance experience

Strong presentation skills (written and verbal).

Comfortable in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Able to work independently.

Excellent teammate.
