Marketing at Unilever is about engaging empathetically with consumers, making sense of data and designing and driving campaigns to build demand, brand equity and business. You would embark on experiences in core Marketing areas such as brand building and brand development, be a part of creating compelling visions for our brands and developing future-fit plans across the full marketing mix and manage multiple challenging projects that may involve working with external creative agencies.

Unilever Apprenticeship for Future Talents (UPLIFT) is 6-month apprenticeship program designed to prepare future Unilever talents through challenging projects. UPLIFT give you an opportunity to see the business and experience with a very supportive learning environment and direct professional development from Unilever leaders.By the end of the program, you are expected to be a talent ready with a strong leadership impact.

Candidate Criteria

Final year students or fresh graduatesIndonesian CitizenshipA minimum of Bachelors Degree (S1)A minimum GPA of 3.30Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCGAvailable for a full-time and on-site apprenticeship starting from February – August 2026
