What You'll Be Doing: A Rewarding Role in Property Management

This position is central to the tenant experience for University residential properties. As the first point of contact, you will be instrumental in addressing tenant queries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will extend to:

• Tenant Support: Being the primary contact for tenants, offering solutions and ensuring a positive living experience.
• Accommodation Sourcing & Assessment: Visiting University properties, identifying suitable accommodation for staff, students, and visitors, and conducting thorough inspections to ensure quality and suitability.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborating effectively with prospective tenants and other relevant parties to facilitate a seamless process.
• Tenancy Administration: Drafting and issuing tenancy agreements and managing the conclusion of tenancies, including coordinating clearing and refurbishment efforts with other Estates departments.
