A bit about the job: As our Vulnerability Management Lead, you’ll head up a team focused on identifying and managing security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks. You’ll shape and deliver our cyber security strategy—making sure our systems and data stay secure and resilient. Sitting within our wider cyber security function, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to align security solutions with organisational needs. You’ll also lead our Vulnerability Management programme, setting the vision and direction for the next stage in our journey. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Proven experience in cyber security, especially in vulnerability management, threat analysis, and exposure management. Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and supporting high-performing teams. Ability to set strategic direction and deliver the roadmap to achieve it. Experience managing budgets, projects, and stakeholder relationships. A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for staying ahead of emerging cyber threats and technologies.
