As a Lidl Warehouse Maintenance Operative, youll be keeping our distribution centre and stores purring over and ticking along nicely by looking after our equipment, machinery, fixtures and fittings. From supporting your team with your can-do attitude to making sure our warehouse stays in tip-top condition, your flexible approach to working shifts gives you a workplace full of variety and fresh challenges.

What you'll do Continually manage, repair and service our fleet and update service schedules and recordsSort out issues and fixing breakdowns, supporting all departments within our warehouse teamProblem solve and fault find on a range of Mechanical Handling EquipmentCollaborate and work alongside external contractors to complete complex maintenance tasksFollow and encourage good working practices whilst being the health and safety guruWhat you'll need Confidence working with mechanical equipment (PPTs, LLOPs and FLTs)Ability to work with hand tools and specialist lifting equipmentMotivation, positivity and initiativeA flair for multi-tasking to prioritise conflicting deadlinesAn eye for detail in a busy working environmentWhat you'll receive 30-35 days annual holiday (pro rata)10% in-store discountEnhanced family leaveContributory pension schemeOngoing trainingPlus more of the perks you deserve
