• Core Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Operative, your primary duties will include receiving and storing goods, accurately picking and collating orders, meticulous checking of product labels for full traceability, and organizing products for despatch. You will be expected to proactively communicate any stock issues or delivery delays.
• Commitment to Health & Safety: A strong emphasis is placed on adhering to strict health and safety protocols. This includes wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), complying with food hygiene and HACCP principles, maintaining a clean and tidy workstation, and promptly reporting any hazards or equipment issues.
• Desirable Skills & Experience: While previous warehouse experience is advantageous, Danish Crown is open to developing talent. A Fork Lift Truck license and experience would be a significant plus. • Work Schedule: The role operates on a standard full-time basis, Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 4:30 pm (with a 30-minute unpaid break) and Friday from 8 am to 2:30 pm, totaling 38 hours per week.
• Salary: The starting salary for this position is from £24,700, with the final figure being dependent on your individual experience and qualifications.
