As Workday Acquisitions Analyst you will be a key contributor on the People Technology team. You will have responsibility for designing and executing system improvements and changes that have either been presented as a continuous improvement opportunity or have been driven through a project requirement from the business. How youâll help us make health happen Responsible for supporting the growth of our Bupa Global insurance business through expanding functionality in existing countries or bringing new ones online. Work cross functionally with Workday Consultants to help shape the roadmap and deliver impactful changes to the business and individual countries. Collaborate with the People Technology team and across the business to understand and translate business requirements into functional solutions Understand the core elements of HR and how HR process and technology serves as an enabler for employee experiences. Release management governance; ensure that delivery is within the governance of the People technology release framework Provide testing and regression testing support Stakeholder management within and across the people function and wider business What youâll bring: Have a good understanding of how HR process and delivery works Experience with HR systems in a similar sized business or trading environment Demonstrate a solid understanding of Workday Hold a familiarity with HR legislation in the UK and the countries that BGIUK Operates An interest and affinity towards technology and how technology can enable process and be used to create better employee experiences Examples of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with evidence of implementing technical changes that have led to a positive business outcome Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
