The teams purpose is to unleash the power of data science, drive x-Business Unit AI solutions, foster a data-driven culture, and accelerate digitalization within DHL Group. As part of its work, the team is responsible for creating and maintaining robust data platforms and data pipelines to ensure accurate and efficient data processing and analysis. The team embraces diversity with over 20 nationalities represented and a 30% female workforce, fostering collaboration and the pursuit of excellence.</font></div><div><font face="tahoma" size="3"><br></font></div><div><font face="tahoma" size="3">As a “Working Student – Recruiting” you will be part of the DHL Data & Analytics HR & Recruiting team and work with us on finding and attracting the best talents available in a highly competitive market.</font></div><div><font face="tahoma" size="3">Your key responsibilities include preparing & posting our current job ads, candidate communication and supporting and guiding candidates throughout recruitment process.</font></div><div><font face="tahoma" size="3">You will also prepare internal reporting and give updates to relevant stakeholders, you will schedule interviews and prepare interviews days in Bonn.</font></div><div><font face="tahoma" size="3">Next to that, there will be chances to provide support for onboarding and training as needed.</font></div><div><font face="tahoma" size="3">You will be able to flexibly set up your working arrangements between 10 and 20 hrs/week.</font></div><div><font face="tahoma" size="3">We currently aim for April 1st as your starting date - but we are flexible on that.</font></div><div><font face="tahoma" size="3">Want to work with you for at 12 months, at least - extending the position after that is possible.
