What This Role Offers You:

As a Youth Development Lead, you will be at the forefront of supporting young people by:

  • Becoming a Personal Champion: You'll work closely with young people, understanding their challenges and unlocking their potential through one-on-one support, guidance, and encouragement.
  • Facilitating Transformative Development: Lead engaging personal development sessions, delivered both in-person and virtually via MS Teams, that elevate our foundation programmes. Expect a dynamic experience that includes outdoor activities in our beautiful green spaces.
  • Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Play a vital role in upholding safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection standards, ensuring a secure and positive environment for all.
  • Empowering Delivery Partners: You will act as a guiding force for our delivery partners and service providers, enabling them to achieve outstanding results in their work with young people.
  • Driving Impactful Programmes: Support the delivery of exciting programmes by travelling to relevant local areas and conducting programme visits, ensuring every young person's journey is aligned with their aspirations and our organizational goals.
  • Contributing to a Vital Cause: Last year, The King's Trust supported over 40,000 young people, with a remarkable three in four progressing into work, education, or training. Your contribution is crucial to continuing this impactful work.

A Rewarding Package:

The King's Trust offers a competitive salary of £23,672.00 to £28,783.00, dependent on your skills, knowledge, and experience. In addition to a fulfilling career, you will enjoy:
