Role Overview

The ePMO Performance & Insight Manager at Carnival UK is responsible for establishing and managing central processes, tools, and metrics to monitor and report on progress across the CUK change portfolio. The role provides strategic insights to enable effective decision-making, ensuring that organisational goals are met through informed performance tracking. Working collaboratively across functional teams, this position plays a key part in enabling consistent delivery excellence and capability building within the portfolio management space.

Key accountabilities include:

Establish and maintain performance monitoring tools and processes across the change portfolio, ensuring consistency and insight-led reporting. Own and manage ePMO technologies (e.g. MS Platform, PPM tooling), providing training, configuration, and ongoing guidance to ensure effective adoption. Produce monthly portfolio reporting that provides financial, change, risk, resource, and benefit perspectives to inform stakeholder decision-making. Ensure the integrity of portfolio data, working closely with Programme and Project Managers to support accurate and timely updates. Analyse performance trends and provide strategic insights, identifying risks, interdependencies, and areas requiring corrective action.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in an ePMO function within a matrix organisation. Strong stakeholder management experience at senior leadership level. Deep understanding of project and programme delivery methodologies and how to apply them in an enterprise-wide PMO environment. Experience in driving change, setting performance standards, and developing capability across teams. Skilled in using collaboration and PPM tools to enable portfolio reporting and oversight. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Management of Portfolios (MoP), PRINCE2 / APMP, P3O (Portfolio, Programme, and Project Offices) would also be desirable.
