- Location: This is an office-based role situated in Weston-Super-Mare.
- Hours: The position is full-time, 37 hours per week, with set working hours Monday to Friday.
- Experience: While a background in employability or recruitment is desirable, we also value candidates with strong customer service, motivational, and problem-solving skills. A good working knowledge of the local labour market is essential, and basic knowledge of self-employment is beneficial.
- Commitment to Safeguarding: A strong understanding and commitment to safeguarding principles, including the Prevent Duty, is paramount. A DBS check may be required.
