For ambitious professionals passionate about navigating the complexities of financial markets, an exciting opportunity exists within our Credit & Price Risk Execution team. We are seeking a highly skilled and practically minded Business Risk Officer to play a pivotal role in managing financial risk across our dynamic Global Markets division. This position offers a unique chance to delve deep into critical areas such as trading desk revenue calculation, P&L explain, valuation methodologies, trade booking, and lifecycle management.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong command of financial products and processes, eager to collaborate closely with Trading Desks, Business Management, Finance (Product Control), Operations, and Technology. You will be an integral part of a cross-functional team, contributing to strategic initiatives that aim to significantly elevate our Markets revenue reporting capabilities. This includes enhancing the Trader Revenue Estimate (T0 flash), P&L reporting, and P&L Explained (PAA) processes for a vast network of over 500 trading desks spanning more than 60 countries. Your success will directly impact the achievement of crucial regulatory and senior management deliverables.

As a vital component of our broader In-business risk function, you will be at the forefront of establishing and maintaining a robust First Line of Defence for financial risk management activities within Global Markets, a cornerstone business of the Citibank Group.   • Experience Foundation: Candidates with 5+ years of experience in a relevant financial services role, such as First Line Control, P&L Production, Middle Office, Product Control, or Investment Operations, will find this role a natural progression. Experience in strategic design and project management is also a significant advantage.
