Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College

RHACC is one of nine institutes of adult learning (IAL) in the UK. It was formed by the merger of Richmond Adult and Community College and Hillcroft College and was established on October 1, 2017. It is based on their common expertise in adult learning and a commitment to the needs of adults and communities who need further education or tailored opportunities to develop skills to carry forward and reach their potential.
At RHACC we understand the importance of not only recruiting the right staff but also developing and retaining our existing employees to ensure that the College can continue to be a center of excellence for Adult Education. Both of our sites are in a prime location in the heart of Richmond and Surbiton, easily accessible via underground, over ground train services and major bus routes.
Recognizing the importance of our employees, we have developed a series of employee benefits, including increased annual leave and free leisure courses every year.
