Accident Repair Advisor

Royal Mail is looking to add an Accident Repair Advisor to our team. Working in the Fleet department, you will be responsible for communicating between Support Accident engineers in order to maintain the smooth running of Royal Mail Vehicles.

About the Role

You will support RMG and its customers with 3rd party damage claims to reduce risk and costs to RMG. You'll manage VOR reports and M5 data entry for our customers and offer accident-related queries to internal fleet and wider RMG teams when required. You'll maintain our customer databases and create work orders, whilst managing a day-to-day email inbox in which you'll answer varied queries. From here you'll be able to support accident engineers when required and regularly chase suppliers for repair and supply updates.

About You

To be a success in this role you will need to have experience in accident repairs environments such as a Claims Handler or similar. Experience of the Accident repair process is also desirable. You should also be able to demonstrate:

• A great phone manner with the ability to build rapport and show empathy with strong listening and questioning skills • Being a problem solver who thinks outside the box • Experience of being able to deliver a fantastic customer service • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to have difficult conversations and overcome objections with the ability to influence others and make decisions independently • Good Excel knowledge or similar. • Excellent time management.

The next stage of the selection process will be a face to face interview consisting of competency based and role specific questions. We plan to hold interviews on w/c 31st March at Future Walk.
