Your Purpose

As an Account Manager for our On Trade business, you will promote Molson Coors as the supplier of choice by managing, developing, growing, and servicing a customer account portfolio. You will play a significant role in our business by researching, planning, and organizing territory, identifying opportunities for our own and factored portfolio, ensuring the most effective use of time, resources, and responsiveness to customer needs.

You will be responsible for delivering brand and sales plans, providing a high-quality customer experience that achieves greater customer advocacy while actively selling the Molson Coors drinks range and helping customers sell out through excellent brand execution.

Demonstrate solid brand and commercial selling skills in all environments. Experience in Account Management P&L account management Selling & Negotiation skills Territory planning experience
