Are you passionate about finance and eager to make a difference in a vibrant university setting? We are inviting applications for the role of Accounts Assistant in our Student Fees Office, part of the Finance department at Royal Holloway.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting a variety of income allocation, reconciliation, and credit control tasks. You will collaborate daily with colleagues in both the Finance and Student Facing teams, ensuring smooth financial operations.
You will be responsible for daily income reconciliation of student receipts, student refunds, general email enquiries, invoicing and collection of fees for students as well as supporting year end.
We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate a good knowledge of accounting and a high standard of numeracy as well as demonstrable experience of working on Accounts Receivable. Customer service skills are essential along with a positive, team-focused attitude.
