• Geographic Focus & Travel: While based out of the Luton regional property office, you'll be actively involved in your designated patch within the Northern Home Counties. The role requires a minimum of 3-4 days per week in the office or on-site, necessitating a degree of flexibility and willingness to travel throughout the UK. A full driving license is essential.
• Pace & Demands: Lidl's expansion is rapid, meaning you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task effectively and manage conflicting deadlines under pressure is crucial for success.
• Skills & Qualifications: A degree-level education or equivalent is preferred, ideally in a relevant discipline. While not strictly mandatory, working towards or having recently achieved MRICS qualification, particularly with experience in acquisitions and planning, would be highly advantageous.
