Job Description Admin Assistant – Heavy Haul Commercial Organisation – Freightliner Heavy Haul Location – Ferrybridge A requirement has arisen to employ an Admin Assistant within the Contract Performance Team at Ferrybridge. Reporting to the General Manager Heavy Haul, you will be part of a small group that provides administrative support for the Heavy Haul Commercial team. The role will assist in the smooth running of the section, ensuring that accurate billing is administered in a timely fashion, that any ad hoc moves are charged for, along with the production of key data to measure operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Request and update 3rd party access for FL trains through other Freight Operators’ yards. Validate 3rd party access, stabling and groundstaff invoicing and log queries. Collate base train running data to include within customer invoicing Book bowser fuelling at remote locations and validate subsequent invoicing Agree 3rd party access into FL yards and draw up the relevant invoicing. Monitor detached wagons for our MRL contract and their subsequent repatriation. Monitor unit moves and driver hire for our Rail Service business and draw up the requisite invoicing Monitor performance and service details for ad hoc business, capturing all chargeable moves and drawing up the relevant invoices. Produce weekly loco requirement summary. Update and maintain online systems as required To provide ad hoc performance stats on demand.
