This role places you at the forefront of initiatives designed to enhance the research culture at the University of Bath. You will be instrumental in supporting a variety of development events and resources for the Doctoral College, ensuring project plans are on track and financial resources are managed effectively. This position offers the chance to collaborate with a diverse range of experts and stakeholders across the university, making a tangible impact on the doctoral researcher experience.

Key Responsibilities and Project Exposure:

  • Supporting a vibrant programme of events and activities for doctoral researchers.
  • Contributing to core research culture initiatives, which may include:
    • The Doctoral Research Celebration Evening
    • The Doctoral Festival of Ideas
    • Doctoral Discoveries: showcasing research impact through digital media
    • The Lighter Side of Research: a comedy development programme
    • Doctoral Recognition Awards
  • Assisting with project plans and financial management to ensure the successful realisation of research culture projects.
