Job Description: As a Retail Media Executive, your role will be to undertake the day-to-day management of Retail Media campaigns across a range of clients; your focus will be producing work to the highest of standards in line with agency values. By applying our Industry Leading approach to Retail Media, you will deliver continual improvement in your client results. You will understand the market and push innovation and insight across your client base. Success will be measured through meeting and exceeding client targets both in terms of account performance as well as maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Account quality will be measured through internal audit scores. You will also produce case studies to showcase your work and help the agency demonstrate excellence. Key Accountabilities Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Retail Media across relevant Marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Tesco, Sainsburys) Ensure that your client KPIs are met consistently. Independently and effectively manage client budgets, and carry out day to day optimisation. Gather data, generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis. Check data to ensure accuracy at every stage. Challenge & interrogate briefs, ensuring delivery is of the highest standard, on time and in line with agency values. Be responsible for quality of all work output for your accounts, ensuring that it conforms to agency best practice. Contribute to client meetings including creating presentation slides and being prepared for regular client calls Respond to client and client services contacts within appropriate time scales, set out in agreed SLAs Continually review and suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs. Accurately forecast potential delivery and ROI for existing clients. Professional Skills Ability to understand, follow and devise processes. Ability to identify issues and be pro-active in producing solutions. A high degree of numeracy and literacy. Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines. Effective when working as part of a team. Highly literate in MS excel, PowerPoint and Word. Effective analytical and problem solving skills. Effective communication skills. Role Capabilities A strong understanding of how to use 3rd party tools such as Skai (or equivalent) and the Amazon Advertising Console Understand trends in results data, providing commentary and actions. Investigate variances in results using relevant industry tools, providing the 'why' and potential remedies. Ability to scope out, activate and report on testing with a clear hypothesis and KPI. Quality control of the output of assistants and interns. Embodying our values and behaviours at all times. Key Experiences 18 months+ Retail Media experience managing significant campaigns Comparable Paid Search channel experience will also be considered Amazon Accreditations Passed Passionate about the internet and technology, with a keen interest in the development of Retail Media as a channel, keeping track of new developments within the industry.
