As part of our Dentsu ongoing mission to modernise and business practises and technology to retain competitive advantage, we are undertaking a project to systematically audit and re-engineer our ways of working and process, leveraging Ai, automation and process optimisation to improve productivity. Purpose of the Role This role is work within an existing cross-functional project team tasked with re-engineering the organisations operating model. The process improvement consultant will be responsible for facilitating workshops with departments within the organisation to identify existing workflow inefficiency and root cause analysis. Then using this insight and “as-is” status, lead workflow and process re-engineering efforts towards the implementation of an optimal “to-be” state and control. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who combines operational rigour with real-world experience of process change—especially within fast-paced, service-oriented environments such as advertising, media, or marketing services. Key Responsibilities Translate existing process analysis into actionable improvement plans Collaborate with media, operations, and planning teams to validate current-state workflows and identify quick wins and long-term improvements Facilitate workshops with key SME to analyse process’ and root cause analysis Design pilot tests that refine and improve process designs. Set up frameworks for continuous improvement in the processes once major changes are implemented Establish KPIs and success metrics framework to track performance of new workflows and monitor the ongoing efficiency of the changes made. Help build internal capability through documentation, training and coaching sessions Qualifications and Skills 5–10 years’ experience in continual process improvement, operational efficiency, or business transformation roles Proven track record delivering measurable efficiency gains in media, advertising, or other service-based businesses Strong grasp of process analysis and optimisation frameworks, lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
