Are you adaptable and a good communicator? Are you IT literate, organised and able to think on the spot? Do you want to get out of the office and visit our properties and tenants?

This is an environment in which your property and commercial skills will flourish and energy for the job is appreciated, led by experienced, supportive and friendly staff to assist in your success.

The Councils have significant holdings of community and commercial property and we want to maximise value and community benefit from these assets. Working across the Adur District and Worthing Borough administrative area provides a unique breadth of opportunity, as we own a wide variety of property types.

Please confirm that you are a care leaver in the "Showing how you meet the person specification and job description" section of the application form.

As a Disability Confident employer, we will ensure that a fair and proportionate number of applicants declaring a disability, that meet the essential criteria for this position, will be offered an interview.
