The Thomson Reuters Legal Solution Consulting Team is responsible for engaging with prospective and current customers to demonstrate company legal department software solutions that will revolutionize how they work. We are focused on maximising sales and driving growth. As a key member of the Solution Consulting Team, the Associate Legal Solution Consultant will be responsible for understanding the complexities of a company legal team and demonstrating the value of HighQ, Legal Tracker and CoCounsel solutions through live and web based presentations. This involves working with clients and prospects to understand their various legal team's matter and contract processes, outside legal spend management, data challenges and technology needs to ultimately identify and resent meaningful legal solutions. The key objectives for this role is to effectively communicate how our legal technology can provide process optimisation, drive efficiency, and reduce risk inside a company's legal team so they focus on more valuable activities. About The Role Sales to new and existing customers for HighQ, Legal Tracker and CoCounsel products and services in conjunction with the existing account sales and management teams to meet or exceed sales quota. Online and in-person demonstrations of HighQ Legal Tracker and CoCounsel products to current and prospective Customers. Understand and convey value of larger Thomson Reuters vision for legal departments. Understand and convey customer experiences that reflect the unique capabilities/differentiators of our products to solve the underlying business isses of the prospect. Translate complex technical ideas to non technical professionals. Utlilize business value calculators to help the prospect understand the value of our products. Work closely with professional services and data security teams in sales cycle. Be innovative and bring foward ideas to demonstrate value to the sales process. Consistently and routinely update information on opportunities and activities in Thomson Reuters CRM In collaboration with marketing, create and deliver webcasts for thought leadership initiatives, software releases, and enhancements, and other various marketing campaigns. Provide leadership and participation in various user events (user groups, roundtables, trade shows) thoughout the year as called upon. About You Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, Able to be available across multiple time zones as needed Desired: 1+years experience selling or implementing legal software solutions. Ability to understand and communicate complex technology visions and value propositions. Ability to demonstrate to prospects and interest on a daily and weekly basis with prospects and sales executives. Ideally proven pre-sales experience targeting and demonstrating software solutions. Able to effectively communicate with decision makers and be comfortable presenting to mid-level and executives in the Legal Operations function. Have a generate understanding of Legal Operations; Experience with Matter Management, E-Billing and contract mangement platforms. Technically savvy and technology curious . Quick learner; ability to work independently.
