This includes the meticulous creation of invoices and credit notes for both local authority-funded and privately funded residents. Your responsibilities will extend to:

  • Comprehensive Invoice Generation: Prepare invoices for a diverse range of residential customers, encompassing contract, local authority, NHS, and privately funded beds.
  • Streamlined Transaction Processing: Implement and maintain the most efficient methods for transaction processing, contributing to operational excellence.
  • Rigorous Reconciliation and Validation: Conduct thorough reconciliation and validation of all invoices raised, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Compliance and Governance: Uphold company standards by ensuring all transactions are approved in line with the Authorisation Matrix and comply with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls.
  • Key Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise effectively with Home Administrators and Managers to guarantee the accurate issuance of invoices.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Engage directly with customers, including residents' relatives, to resolve account queries with a focus on mutually acceptable outcomes.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with the Credit Control team, care homes, and Regional Directors to promptly address account queries and outstanding issues, preventing any delays in billing cycles.
  • Sales Ledger Support: Assist the Credit Controller in monitoring sales ledger balances and resolving account problems to ensure the timely settlement of company debts.
