Key Responsibilities and Opportunities for Growth:
As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in driving the people plan and fostering a culture of excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic HR Initiatives: Contribute to shaping essential areas such as leadership development and reward and recognition programs to ensure Care UK remains an employer of choice.
- Driving Change and Culture: Assist in delivering organisational change, developing a positive culture, and embedding consistent, best-practice people approaches across operations.
- Project Leadership: Take the lead on HR projects from inception to evaluation, including idea generation, solution exploration, piloting, and impact measurement.
- Talent Management: Conduct bi-annual talent reviews for key operational roles, developing strategies for retention, development, identifying future leaders, and mitigating risks.
- Change Management: Support the seamless execution of HR initiatives and acquisitions through effective change management.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse colleague feedback (stay interviews, exit interviews, engagement surveys) to identify opportunities and collaborate with operations to develop actionable plans.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Partner with departments to advance the equality, diversity, and inclusion strategy, utilising data to identify opportunities and implement effective initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, actively participate in project meetings, and ensure successful launches with operational buy-in.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve HR-related bottlenecks and challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
- Business Case Development: Support the creation of compelling business cases for necessary investments in HR initiatives.
- Effective Communication: Develop and issue multi-channel communications to internal and external parties.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Define and ensure access to frameworks and tools for effective selection, induction, and performance management of key operational leadership roles, providing coaching and development.
What We're Looking For in an Ideal Candidate:

- A proven track record of 1-3 years in a multi-site HR Business Partner role or a similar position, with demonstrable success in implementing HR projects and managing change.
- The ability to build strong relationships and foster team collaboration, both within and outside the HR function, to successfully drive change.
- A commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality solutions within deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to travel to our various Care Homes.
