As a Specialist Dementia Lead, you will be instrumental in supporting a portfolio of care homes, focusing on delivering exceptional person-centred dementia care that prioritizes the individual rather than the disease. What Care UK is Looking For in a Candidate:

• A registered professional with a Level 1 Registered Nurse qualification and current NMC registration, or a Level 5 social care qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated current clinical expertise in nursing with relevant specialist experience in dementia care.
• A thorough understanding and experience within the independent social and health care sector.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across a portfolio of care homes, including overnight stays, to effectively fulfil the role's requirements.
