What the day will look like

Negotiation and placement of renewal and new D&O and management liability contractsThoughtful use of insurance capacity to deliver optimum results for clientsFull use of our processes to ensure complianceContinued development of insurer relationshipsProvide the highest level of service and technical expertise to clients:Prepare and lead market presentationsProvide technical support to our network offices, making use of our in-house legal expertsDraft, review and issue insurance contracts using appropriate platforms and processesDevelop our businessSupport and contribute to business development strategiesLead or contribute to requests for proposalRepresent Aon, demonstrating an understanding of corporate objectives.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Proven experience gained within the insurance industry at either a Broker or Insurer, with basic technical knowledge of the D&O and/or Financial Institutions marketsDetailed understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processesEffective communication and presentation skillsExcellent understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
