About the job As a Business Controller, reporting to the Head of Finance UK &Ireland, you will support with the Market Cluster Controlling activities. Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Co-piloting and acting as a financial advisor for the Controlling Process (Plan–Report–Analyze–Decision Support), by setting clear financial targets, providing holistic performance reporting Adopting a proactive mindset in foreseeing and highlighting future developments, identifying gaps, improvement opportunities and risks to drive maximum profitability and recommending solutions from a financial perspective Identifying key business drivers ensuring they match the strategies, targets and budget from a financial perspective and define requirements in regard to reporting and controlling processes towards respective operational units Controlling policies for the safeguarding of cash and other assets and appropriate allocation of corporate resources Delivering finance updates and analysis at relevant Market Cluster management business review meetings to ensure transparency on performance and interventions About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role Strong business, commercial and financial acumen Experience in financial accounting, financial analysis, and business controlling as well as knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP System) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with various stakeholders in real and virtual networked organization What we offer You can expect a range of benefits, including: Competitive bonus scheme (non-contractual) Private healthcare 33 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays) 60% product discount to RRP £4,000 per annum Masters of Light Since 1895 Swarovski creates beautiful crystal-based products of impeccable quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.
