About the Role: As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing the Stirling branch to deliver outstanding performance. Driving sales growth and profitability while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Inspiring and developing your team to achieve their full potential. Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. A strong commercial mindset with a focus on achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.

Branch Manager – Experience & attributes needed:

• Full UK driving license • Experience of commercially managing a business unit/branch within the industrial supplies sector • To have had experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail • An ability to embrace change and new technologies • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a cross functional team to deliver target performance • Intermediate IT skills (i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
