Accountabilities:

As a Business Manager, you will lead the charge in achieving national sales objectives for your assigned brand, ensuring alignment with AstraZenecas strategic goals and core values. You will integrate company policies and priorities into daily operations, working cross-functionally to develop and execute brand and tactical plans in collaboration with the sales field force. Your analytical prowess will guide customer segmentation, resource allocation, and data-driven decision making to maximize market impact. You will also build high-performing teams, mentor team members, and foster a culture of growth and innovation. By building strong relationships with key customers and leveraging cross-functional networks, you will ensure seamless workflows and unified team performance. Championing diversity and empowerment, you will create an inclusive culture where every team member is encouraged to contribute and innovate.
