Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of respiratory health? As an Associate Brand Manager (ABM) for Biologics Respiratory, you'll be at the forefront of implementing national strategy and driving business activities that make a real impact. Working closely as part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team, you will ensure tactical initiatives and communications reflect the highest scientific and ethical standards while leveraging the latest digital channels and technology-driven insights. Your focus will be on operational excellence, seamless stakeholder collaboration, and delivering measurable impact aligned with both compliance and business objectives.

Accountabilities:

- Take ownership of delivering key activities within the brand strategic and tactical plan.

- Managing approval workflows through systems like VVPM and working across functions including medical, sales and external engagement.

- Proactively monitor, analyse, and report on operational performance, using data-driven insights to shape future activities.

- Ensure compliance with all AZ Governance Framework (CDTI) and ABPI.

- Contribute towards achieving annual P&L, market share, and growth targets.

- Actively contribute and seek feedback, helping foster a culture of continuous improvement, high standards, and shared accountability

Essential Skills/Experience:

-Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.

- High level of digital literacy, with experience using digital marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and a readiness to adopt new technologies.

- Ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing plans and solutions, managing projects with independence and accountability.

- Deep working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice, with hands-on experience ensuring compliance in all promotional and educational activities.

- Degree-level education.

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical marketing or with an advertising agency supporting healthcare or life sciences clients.

- Strong record of exceptional cross-functional working, with examples of seamless collaboration and integration into high-performing, close-knit teams.

- Demonstrable passion for innovation, staying up to date with the latest trends in digital engagement, healthcare technology, and data-driven marketing.

- Adaptability and a proactive mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment while supporting shared goals and continuous team improvement.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Prior or current marketing experience in RespiratoryProficiency of management of content through Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar systemsHistory of success in a commercial role
